By downloading or using Word Trace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

This agreement supplements the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also governs your use of the app.

The App

Word Trace is a word puzzle game available on Apple Watch. The app is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

In-App Purchase

Word Trace offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase to unlock unlimited play. This is a single payment, not a subscription, and does not auto-renew.

• The purchase unlocks unlimited levels and features permanently
• The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on other devices
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy

Intellectual Property

All content in the app — including the name, design, code, artwork, and word lists — is owned by Cherry Pickles. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.

Limitation of Liability

Cherry Pickles is not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app. The app is provided for entertainment purposes only.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
